How To Upgrade/Downgrade Your Plan

If you want to upgrade/downgrade your FlowBookings plan, you can do it easily with our Customer Portal.

Follow these instructions to upgrade/downgrade your FlowBookings free trial:

  1. Go to the Billing page under the Account menu. You'll be redirected to the FlowBookings Customer Portal on Stripe.

  2. Click on the Update Plan button.

  3. Now, you can switch your plans from here. You can change plans and also switch your payment duration (monthly/annual). Select the plan you wish to switch to and click on the Continue button.

  4. On the confirmation page, you'll find information about the plan you selected and the amount due. Click on the Confirm button to proceed further.

  5. Proceed with the due amount payment and your plan will be upgraded/downgraded successfully.
