# How To Add Customers Manually

In FlowBookings, you can add customers manually to your dashboard. This is useful in cases where you want to create a booking for a customer manually.

Follow these instructions to create a customer manually in FlowBookings:

1. Go to the **Customers** page and click the **New Customer** button.
2. Enter the details of the Customer such as their First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone number.
3. Click on the Save button and your customer will be added to the platform.

Once the customer is added, it'll be visible on the Customers list.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Tip:** You can mention in the Note field that the customer was added manually. This will help you easily identify customers that you've added manually.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.flowbookings.io/knowledgebase/product-tour/customers-overview/how-to-add-customers-manually.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
