Form Builder - Overview

The Form Builder is where you can create a booking form for your Webflow site in FlowBookings.

There are three steps to building a booking form in FlowBookings:

Step 1. Choose a template

FlowBookings comes with a wide range of beautiful and mobile-responsive Webflow form cloneable templates that can be used for your booking forms.

There are currently 15 cloneable templates you can choose from while building your booking form. The best part about these templates is that you can customize them completely in Webflow!

Step 2. Add Script

Once you select a template, you'll be required to copy and paste the script into Webflow for the form to function properly.

This script should be posted in the <head> tag of the page where you want to insert the booking form.

After pasting the script, you can click on the Next Step button in the Form Builder to proceed further.

Step 3. Embed Form

The final step is embedding the booking form into your Webflow site.

The templates in FlowBookings are in the form of Webflow cloneables so that you can copy and paste them with just a single click!

This also means that once the form is pasted on Webflow, you can customize or style it the way you want.

On this screen, click on the Copy Cloneable button and paste the form to your page in Webflow.

Once your form is pasted, you can publish the page and start collecting bookings on your Webflow site!

Troubleshooting Errors

In case you're not receiving any bookings on FlowBookings after submitting the form, you can try the following solutions to fix the issue.

  1. Check if you've properly pasted the script in the <head> of the page.

  2. Check if you haven't deleted any field from the booking form.

  3. Delete the booking form and paste it again from the Form Builder.
